What will you do?

As an experienced scrum master, you will represent Oxygen at one of our clients in the insurance sector.
Your responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives).
  • Promoting communication, collaboration, and transparency within and between teams.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
  • Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Coaching team members in agile methodologies and personal development.
  • Working on continuous improvement of processes and team performance.

Who are you?

  • You have obtained an official Scrum Master certificate.
  • You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices, with experience in applying various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and preferably also within a Safe context.
  • You have at least one year of experience as a full-time scrum master.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a strong plus.
  • You are result-oriented, resilient to stress, and flexible.
  • You have an analytical mind combined with a smooth communication style.
  • Language skills in Dutch, French, English.
