Hendrik-Jan has been active in the insurance sector since 2016.
He took his first steps at Belfius Insurance as administrator of hospitalization files. Later, he made the move to Medexel, a Third Party Administrator providing full management for insurers.
At Medexel, Hendrik-Jan set up a completely new team where he was not only responsible for people management, but also played an important role in processes and training.
Because he is always looking for new challenges, Hendrik-Jan found his ideal job at Oxygen.
A lot of variation and the optimization of procedures and systems are the ingredients for his dream job. His goal (ambition?) is to delve even further into various insurance fields. So after a few years of operational tasks, he enthusiastically chooses the role of Project Consultant at Oxygen.
“Throughout my – still early – career, I regularly came into contact with consultants and projects at Oxygen and quickly knew that I wanted to contribute to this story.
I am convinced that I can offer added value to Oxygen in order to contribute to the digitalization, optimization and transformation of the insurance world.
Important here is that people are always central, both when it comes to the client and our employees.”
Outside of work, you can find Hendrik-Jan on the golf course in the summer and on the ski slope in the winter.
